We build PaysFair, an earning app that competes with every site on this page. Judge our bias accordingly, and check the numbers below against the sources at the bottom.

On our map, the sites closest to GrabPoints are Swagbucks, Freecash and TimeBucks, which pay for surveys, offers and tasks, and Qmee and LifePoints, two survey apps.

We read every site's own pages on October 23, 2026, and we haven't used any of them ourselves. Where a site's pages disagree with each other, we print both.

Why do people leave GrabPoints?

Its pages give different payout times. Its help center says most rewards go out "within 1 business day". Its App Store text says 24 to 48 hours. Its terms, in an Internet Archive copy of July 28, 2026, say rewards are "processed and sent within 1-7 business days". It asks you to wait "at least 5 full business days" before you contact support about a missing reward.

The floor is 3,000 points, or $3, with a daily maximum of $100, its help center says. Its home page, in an archive copy of September 29, 2026, said "Payouts start at $4".

Accounts get frozen and suspended. A frozen account "can earn, but can not redeem until the provided date", and a freeze can turn into a permanent suspension. It lists suspension reasons, such as VPNs, invalid referrals and false survey answers, but "we don't share the exact reason". Logging in from another country than the one you signed up in can bring an "Access Denied" error.

Its terms allow one account per household. They let GrabPoints ask for a photo ID, selfies and utility bills, checked by a third-party company. Reward Holdings Limited in Hong Kong runs it.

Its iPhone app had 2.0 stars from 40 ratings in Apple's US store on October 23, 2026.

What are the best sites like GrabPoints?

Five sites on our map, then ours. Every fact is the site's own, read on October 23, 2026, unless a date says otherwise.

Swagbucks

Swagbucks pays SB points for surveys, offers, shopping, receipts, games and searches, and Prodege runs it. It takes members from 13, and says it's live in most countries in the Americas, Europe and Asia.

When we priced its US catalog on September 22, 2026, a $5 gift card cost 500 SB and $5 through PayPal cost 530 SB. PayPal cash takes 2 to 5 business days.

What it does better than GrabPoints: more ways to earn. GrabPoints says its "main activity is simple: Complete surveys", where Swagbucks also pays for searches, receipts and shopping.

Freecash pays for games, offers and surveys, and Almedia GmbH in Berlin runs it, by its terms. It takes members from 16. Its own list of PayPal countries has 124, Nigeria, India and the Philippines among them.

Your first cash-out needs $5 to $20, depending on your region, and an ID check with a selfie. PayPal, Venmo, Visa and bank transfers carry a 5% fee, plus $1 on small PayPal cash-outs, and gift cards don't carry one.

What it does better than GrabPoints: a better-rated iPhone app, with 4.7 stars from 160,495 ratings in Apple's US store. GrabPoints' had 2.0 from 40.

TimeBucks

TimeBucks pays for surveys, games, videos, app installs, website tests and small tasks, and Australian Clearing Pty Ltd runs it. You'll need to be 16, or 18 in Brazil. Its terms list 11 countries where it isn't available, among them Iran, Russia and Cuba, and parts of Ukraine.

It pays automatically once your balance reaches $3, five nights a week, New York time. PayPal costs 4%, at least $0.25. Bank transfers cost $1.13 in about 50 countries, and India gets UPI. You'll verify your account before your first payout.

What it does better than GrabPoints: payouts on a fixed schedule, with no request to place. GrabPoints' own pages give three different payout times.

Qmee

Qmee pays for surveys, cashback offers and gaming offers, and Kantar UK Ltd runs it, by its terms. It's for people 16 or older in the UK, the US, Canada, Australia, France and Germany.

Its FAQ says there's "no minimum withdrawal amount" for PayPal or Venmo, and the money arrives "within a few minutes". Before your first gift card, it checks who you are, for example through a PayPal cash-out of any amount.

What it does better than GrabPoints: no minimum for PayPal, where GrabPoints asks for 3,000 points.

LifePoints

LifePoints pays points for surveys, and Lightspeed LLC in New York, a Kantar group company, runs it. You must be 14 or older, and you can join only in the country where you live. It has members from over 40 countries, its home page says.

You can redeem once you have enough points for its lowest-priced reward, as gift cards or PayPal cash. Donations start at $1. A survey every 90 days keeps the account from being suspended.

What it does better than GrabPoints: a second review. If your account is suspended or closed, you can ask for one, and it answers within 30 days. GrabPoints doesn't share the exact reason for a suspension.

PaysFair

PaysFair is ours. It pays for surveys, games and campaigns. In a campaign, you post clips and content on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and X. The smallest cash-out is $1.00, paid as a gift card by email. We check the first cash-out by hand.

It's for people 16 or older, and what there is to do depends on your country. It runs on the web and in an Android app on Google Play. Obsidian UG in Germany runs it.

What it does better than GrabPoints: campaigns. You can get paid for posting clips, which GrabPoints' pages don't offer.

We build it, so we don't review it.

How we picked these sites

Our map of the market holds more than 1,100 earning apps, sorted into lanes by what they pay for. GrabPoints sits in the offer-sites lane. We took Swagbucks, Freecash and TimeBucks from that lane, and two survey apps, Qmee and LifePoints, since GrabPoints says its main activity is surveys.

We read the sites on October 23, 2026, from a server in the US, and the app stores directly. GrabPoints' terms and home page came from Internet Archive copies of July 28 and September 29, 2026, and its help center was read live.
