Reaching us

Email works today and is read by a person. There is no telephone queue and no chatbot.

• [email protected] for anything at all: a question, your data (a copy of it, a correction, or deletion), or a partnership if you run a survey network.

Disputes

The European Commission runs a platform for resolving disputes online at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to take part in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, and we would rather simply sort the problem out by email.
