Terms of use

The rules between you and PaysFair, written to be read. The most important one: what you earn becomes yours once the task has passed its check and the company behind it has paid us for it.

Version 2026-09-28.1.

Who we are

PaysFair is run by Obsidian UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Leopoldstr. 2-8, 32051 Herford, Germany, registered at the Amtsgericht Bad Oeynhausen under HRB 20982. You reach a person at [email protected]. These terms apply between you and us when you use paysfair.com and the PaysFair apps.

What PaysFair is

PaysFair shows you tasks: surveys, offers, games and app tests, and our own campaigns. Most tasks are offered by other companies, who pay us when you complete one; you get the share shown on the task before you start. Which tasks you see depends on your country, your device and the companies' own rules. PaysFair does not promise any income: how much you earn depends on the tasks you do and on whether they are accepted.

Available money and cash-outs

Fraud and broken rules

We reject tasks and cash-outs, and cancel the earnings involved, when we see fraud or a broken rule, for example:

A cash-out rejected for fraud is not returned to your balance. We may close an account that breaks these rules. When we do, available money that did not come from fraud or a broken rule is still paid out.

Closing your account

You can close your account at any time in Settings. Cash out first: a closed account cannot ask for a cash-out. The history of your money stays as a record, as the law asks of us.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms for a good reason, for example a new way to earn, a new law or a change in the rules of the companies that offer tasks. We tell you in the app before a change applies, and you accept the new version before your next cash-out. A change never takes away money that is already available.

Liability

We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, and for harm to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only when we break a duty that is essential to this agreement, and then only for the damage that is typical and foreseeable for it. The German Product Liability Act is not affected.

Law

German law applies. If you use PaysFair as a consumer, the protection the law of the country you live in gives you cannot be taken away by this choice.
